のどぐろスープ出汁をいずもなでしこ様にいただいたので使ってみてレポ♡

のどぐろと言えば誰もが知る高級魚！！
身だけではなく繊細で濃い出汁が出ますよね～！

いずもなでしこののどぐろスープ
15包入り　定価1,944円（税込）

のどぐろ以外にもごぼう茶などのお茶、すっぽんやコラーゲンのサプリなども販売しています。



中身は小分けになってます。使いやすいです！


使い方こののどぐろスープ、使い方がたくさんあるんです。

スープとして

お湯400㏄にだしパック1パック入れて軽くかき混ぜたあとパックを取り除いてそのままスープとして。

基本だし

水400㏄にだしパックを1パック入れて沸騰後3分煮出してパックを取り出す。

味噌汁にする場合、味噌は少なめに！かなりしっかりしたのどぐろの出汁が出るので、味噌は少しで旨味が引き立つ美味しい味噌汁に♡我が家は赤みそで作ってみましたが、めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。

濃いだし

水200㏄にだしパックを1パック入れ、沸騰後3分煮出してパックを取り出す。うどん、ラーメンのかけ汁にに。うどんの場合は、醤油・みりんを。ラーメンの場合は、醤油・ごま油・胡椒をお好みで。

調味料として

袋を破って、調味料としても。塩焼きそば、炒飯、野菜炒めなどの炒め物の味付けなどに。


うどんを作ってみた！

私はのどぐろスープを使ってランチのうどんを作ることに♡

材料はうどん・卵・小松菜・わかめ・鶏肉でいきます。



お肉も入れちゃったので、ちょっとアクが浮いてしまってますが、400mlのお湯にスープのパックを２つ入れて３分後取り出します。

この時点でのどぐろの良い香りが～～！

リビングの向こうで待っている旦那さんが「いい匂い～！」と、匂いに反応してしまうほど良い香りが漂いました。

あとはみりんと醤油を大さじ１ほどずつ入れて、完成。



出汁がしっかり効いているので、醤油や塩は少なめがベスト！

繊細で味がしっかりした美味しいうどん出汁ができました♡

のどぐろスープのパックを使ってお味噌汁も作りましたが、出汁がしっかり効くとお味噌や塩は少なくて
も味がしっかりするんだなと改めて感じました。

減塩効果もあって、出汁様様ですよね(*^_^*)♡
