It is promoted as a beauty mineral but I honestly wanted to try this because several medical studies have shown that people who drank water with a higher concentration of silica had lower risk of developing dementia 😅 if it aso makes me more beautiful in the process then I won’t object 🤣 Of course, I cannot guarantee anything but this has no flavor and is easy to drink since you mix it with what you like. I did find it made my juice a bit sweeter and left a slight slippery sensation in my mouth but nothing that bothered me.
