It has a creamy and matte texture, so it's more suitable for adding to shiny areas during the day than applying as a finishing powder. They claim it can be used as a highlighter as well, however I am not sure if it really works that way because it doesn't have any shimmer in it💭  The puff is very fluffy, thick and high quality, which makes it easy to use on the go.
