全てのおかずに「オリゴのおかげ」を使った夏レシピ🤤💕💕 まずナスの揚げ浸しは茄子に細かいカットを入れオリーブオイルで焼きます🤤　焼けたら茄子の皮の部分にオリゴのおかげをかけてその上から濃縮めんつゆ4倍をかけお水をかけてちょうど良い濃さにします🤤💕　その上からシソをかけて出来上がり💕　ミニトマトは洗ってヘタを取り、オリゴのおかげとレモンジュースをかけてミックスし冷蔵庫で冷やしておいたら出来上がり💕デザートみたいで美味しいです🤤💕　きゅうりの浅漬けはごま油、ガーリックペースト、鶏ガラスープパウダーとロックソルトそこに少しだけオリゴのおかげを入れるとめちゃくちゃ美味しいきゅうりの中華風浅漬けに‼️子供もぽりぽり食べます🤤　食べる時は胡麻をかけて💕　チキンレモンソース炒めは鶏ももを食べやすい大きさに切って、ガーリックペースト、オリーブオイル、レモンジュースたっぷりとロックソルトそこに少々オリゴのおかげを入れて炒めるとすごく美味しくなります‼️🤤💕　チキンもも肉一枚使いましたが足りないと言われもう一枚追加で作りました🤤💕　ご飯がよく進む夏ごはん🤤💕オリゴのおかげのオリゴ糖は腸に有能な働きをする善玉菌の栄養になり、腸内フローラを育ててくれます💕💕腸内フローラとは、お腹の良い菌善玉菌、有毒物質を作り出す悪玉菌そして体調が崩れた時悪玉菌として働く日和見菌この生存競争が腸内フローラ、お腹が健康でいるためにも善玉菌を増やす事が重要なので、オリゴのおかげは腸活にもピッタリ💕💕 I prepared summer meal using this oligosaccharide bottle. I used the bottle for all dishes I prepared on the plate. You can add the oligo bottle and lemon juice in the fruit tomatoes and create a desert like tomato salad. I cut an eggplant in half and grilled with olive oil. I slightly poured the oligo bottles over the cooked egg plant, adding condensed udon sauce a bit as well as water. Sprinkle a bit of rock salt topped with shiso leaves. I cut cucumbers and put them in a plastic bag and add the oligo bottle a bit, sesame oil, garlic paste, rock salt and chicken soup stock powder. Mix well and place them in the plastic bag and sprinkle sesame seeds. For the grilled lemon chicken I used the oligo bottle, olive oil, garlic paste, rock salt, and chicken soup stock powder on a plate thoroughly mix well and stir fry.
